Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please call 03243378738 or email us and you’ll receive instruction on how to get an exchange or a refund.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instruction on how to send the product back.
4. How do I return products if purchased from a different store?
If you purchased products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refund.
If you purchased products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
